ADR Systems of America is a private, independent mediation and arbitration services provider. We coordinate the arbitration hearing beforehand but will not be present during the arbitration. We assist the plaintiff in selecting a neutral arbitrator, and then we assist in selecting a date and time that works well for the parties involved.
Both sides will be allowed to present their position regarding the claim, including introducing supporting information. The arbitrator will then consider all of this information and inform ADR Systems of his/her decision. Arbitrators are not allowed to relay a decision at the arbitration. Instead, ADR Systems will inform the parties of the decision in writing.
For more process information, please contact us via our web form or email, or to download a sample arbitration agreement click one of the links below:
*For Indiana hail damage claims only, the arbitration is non-binding to the plaintiff if the claim is submitted before April 14, 2007. For more process information, please see the Indiana sample arbitration agreement attached or contact us.
