ADR Systems has launched a new intellectual property practice group, featuring attorneys Gary M. Ropski of Brinks Gilson & Lione; Wendi E. Sloane of Barack Ferrazzano; and Martin B. Robins of FisherBroyles; as well as retired Circuit Court Judge, Hon. Kenneth L. Gillis, (Ret.). Combined, they represent more than 150 years of legal experience, and a wide breadth of expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law and technology-related transactions.

Offering real world experience to help parties reach practical solutions, ADR Systems IP Practice Group possesses deep knowledge of intellectual property law and training in mediation and arbitration, which combine to expedite resolution. The International Trademark Association ‘endorses mediation as an effective way to resolve trademark disputes,’ and ‘recent surveys indicate that mediation settlement rates for intellectual property disputes are as high as 70%.’
