Daniel J. Kelley, (Ret.), Louis Cairo of Goldberg Weisman Cairo, and Rich Lenkov of Bryce Downey & Lenkov.  In the article, the panel lays out what makes or breaks a successful mediation and how attorneys and their clients can most effectively utilize the mediation process.  Topics covered include the recent surge in popularity of mediation as a means for settling disputes, and how that is forcing many professionals to change the way that they manage their post-negotiation risk analysis.
