On July 24th, 2016, Hon. Dennis J. Burke, (Ret.) will present at the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) 2016 Annual Convention.  This year’s convention will take place in Los Angeles and cover a range of topics that will be presented by some of the legal industry’s most prominent leaders.

Judge Burke will be presenting on how to effectively mediate insurance coverage disputes from the perspective of the mediator.  He will also offer advice on how to best manage more complicated disputes that involve bad faith claims.
