Justice R. Peter Grometer, (Ret.) is a senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems.  A former Presiding Justice of the Second District Appellate Court and a former Chief Judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court, Justice Grometer is recognized by colleagues on the bench and attorneys for his intellect, even temperament and highly regarded opinion writing ability.  With decades of experience resolving a variety of matters – including insurance coverage, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and construction – Justice Grometer excels in consensus building and handling complex issues.  His composure and ability to deeply understand the issues presented characterize his style as a neutral.
