  • Olson v. Ptasinski:  Medical malpractice, brachial plexus injury; affirmed by the Appellate Court
  • Hammond v. SBC Communication:  Fallen tree caused auto accident with question of responsibility of easement holder (SBC) for maintenance of right-of-way; affirmed by the Appellate Court
  • Dow Chemical Company v. Illinois Department of Revenue:  Tax appeal involving what constituted a “unitary business group”;  affirmed by the Appellate Court
