Trust is the backbone of our relationship with you; it legitimizes our mediation and arbitration sessions and is what keeps you coming back year after year for dispute resolution services. We are immensely grateful that you trust us to take your cases in hand and help you resolve them.

This year has brought multiple new additions to ADR Systems. We launched our monthly Settlement Report to keep you informed and to recognize the work our neutrals do day-in, day-out for our clients. In September and November, we welcomed Hon. Christopher E. Lawler, (Ret.) and Hon. Margaret A. Brennan, (Ret.) – former judges with the respect of their new colleagues and the attorneys that once appeared before them – as senior mediators and arbitrators. And we introduced three new Custom Programs – the Case Ambassador Program, Flat Fee Arbitration Program and Flat Fee Mediation Program – to broaden our services and access to dispute resolution for a range of cases. Your enthusiasm about these innovations has been instrumental to their early success.
