ADR Systems has released its second monthly Settlement Report. These reports list the 10 highest settlements agreed to on cases mediated by ADR Systems’ senior mediators and arbitrators during the previous month. All cases mentioned in the settlement report remain confidential. Only the value amount, practice area and neutral involved are mentioned.

“We hope these Settlement Reports will spotlight our neutrals’ tremendous work and help attorneys and their clients see ADR Systems as a resource for like cases,” said Marc Becker, president of ADR Systems.

Each of the cases featured in this month’s Settlement Report were mediated remotely. Remote dispute resolution has become the default for mediation and arbitration during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the differences and results between remote and in-person sessions are negligible.
