ADR Systems’ Family Law Fast Track Mediation Program appeals to parties who have an immediate need for a quick solution to pre- or post-decree issues.

“ADR Systems developed the Family Law Fast Track Mediation Program to help parties resolve issues in a fast and economical way; we can have that mediation scheduled within a week,” said Hon. Helaine L. Berger, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems. “It is also a great tool for those cases where parties have only one issue to resolve.”

Under this program, mediation scheduling is expedited and there is a flat fee for 3.5 hours of the mediator’s time. Any additional time is billed at the neutral’s hourly rate.

Mediators and staff at ADR Systems approach these fast-track sessions with the same care that they give to a typical family law mediation. “While we are expediting your mediation to address pressing issues, we are maintaining the same standard of professional service enjoyed by all clients,” noted Hon. Brian R. McKillip, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems.

“The result is a quick and cost-effective approach to resolving issues that need immediate attention in family law cases,” said Amy L. Gertler, Esq., senior mediator at ADR Systems. “Having been a professional family law mediator even before I joined ADR Systems, I know that sometimes, faster is better.”
