Long time advocate of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Ty Laurie of Laurie & Brennan, will be presenting “Effective Mediation Strategies” at a roundtable event at ADR Systems on July 24th. In attendance will be many of ADR Systems esteemed neutrals and members of our commercial team. Laurie, a founding partner at Laurie & Brennan, will provide his perspective as an advocate in mediation and arbitration. Topics will include helpful hints for mediators, strategies for dealing with particular types of clients, and the value of opening statements. This roundtable discussion is part of ADR Systems’ commitment to providing valuable continuing ADR education for our neutrals.
