Hon. William E. Gomolinski, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems, recently settled a $7.6 million personal injury case stemming from a workplace accident.

“The key to settling this case was perseverance,” Judge Gomolinski said. “The parties and I kept coming back to the table and worked through the issues until we were able to reach a settlement.”

Judge Gomolinski has a plethora of experience settling highly emotional, high-value cases. He used his experience to guide the parties in another workplace accident case which resulted in a $10 million settlement, and settled a $15 million motorcycle accident case earlier this month.

Judge Gomolinski conducted more than 1,000 settlement conferences while on the bench.
