Hon. William E. Gomolinski, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems, recently settled a $9 million personal injury case stemming from a transportation accident.

The plaintiff received a severe foot injury as a result of the accident.

“The key to settling this case was perseverance,” said Judge Gomolinski. “It took several weeks of follow-up phone calls and keeping the parties focused in order to reach a settlement. The result was a mutually-beneficial settlement agreement for both parties.”

Earlier in a related mediation, Judge Gomolinski settled a $4 million personal injury case. His experience in settling high-value, high-emotion cases led to a $7.6 million settlement and a $15 million settlement in January alone.
