ADR Systems has released its Personal Injury Settlement Report for June, which lists the 10 highest settlements on cases mediated by our senior mediators and arbitrators during the previous month. All cases mentioned in the settlement report remain confidential. Only the value amount, practice area and neutral involved are mentioned.

Most of the cases featured in this month’s Settlement Report were mediated remotely. Remote dispute resolution has become the default for mediation and arbitration during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the differences and results between remote and in-person sessions are negligible.
