Judge Brown to Speak in Two Panels on Mediation and Ethics

Hon. F. Keith Brown, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems, will participate in an upcoming panel on mediation strategies at the Defense Research Institute (DRI).

Judge Brown’s panel presentation, titled “Mediation Strategy: How to Make the Most of Your Attempt to Settle,” at the DRI’s Retail and Hospitality Litigation Seminar will be at 10:15am on Thursday, May 3rd, at the Loews Chicago Hotel at 455 North Park Drive.

The session will focus on mediation as a common method for resolving personal injury disputes. It will break down the mediation process and techniques in these cases with insights from the panel on how to increase the chances of resolution.

He will present alongside Andrew A. Boros, senior tort litigation counsel at McDonald’s Corporation, and Megan Backer Kelley, employee relations counsel at Target Corporation. The seminar is May 3rd and May 4th.
