ADR Systems is now offering a Commercial Alternative Fee Program.  The program is designed for attorneys who must respond to their clients’ changing demands for a more cost-effective choice in the resolution of their dispute.  We offers a low, fixed rate for qualified cases in which potential costs may exceed the amount in dispute.  This program ensures that your client receives the cost savings and predictability they expect.  However, our Alternative Fee Program provides many more advantages to you and your client. These include:

Notable parameters of the program include:

• The fee covers up to three hours of the neutral’s time
• The three-hour time limit includes the neutral’s review, session and follow-up or post-session time
• If the neutral’s time goes beyond the three-hour time limit, the parties will be billed for any additional time at the neutral’s standard hourly rate
• Counsel and neutral will agree on a submission page limit
• Sessions are held at ADR Systems’ dispute resolution center, an agreed-upon, off-site location or via videoconference
• Additional facility or travel fees may apply for o-site locations
