Corboy Law Center to compete in a four-day mediation skills tournament designed to challenge student’s international legal knowledge from the perspective of the mediator, advocate and client.  An international faculty of mediators, professors and attorneys will discuss the growing popularity of cross-cultural mediation and explore techniques to effectively facilitate and generate creative settlement.

ADR Systems, It’s Settled.™

Judge Burke put forth extraordinary effort to settle.  He was extremely well prepared and spent a great deal of time working with each party toward a compromise.  Thanks to Judge Burke's follow-up efforts, post-mediation was disposed of by compromise.  My client was extremely impressed with the preparation, effort and atmosphere established by Judge Burke.
