Flat Fee Arbitration Program
In 2021, the Circuit Court of Cook County Law Division mandated arbitration for smaller personal injury cases. In response, ADR Systems is offering a cost-effective Flat Fee Arbitration Program for cases valued at $50,000 or less. Parties can quickly dispose of these matters through a binding process at a flat fee of $895 without risk of rejection of the award — which remains when parties arbitrate through the court’s program — and further costly litigation.

- The flat fee covers 2.5 hours of the arbitrator’s time with additional time billed at the arbitrator’s standard hourly rate
- If a reasoned award is requested, the additional time needed will be billed at the arbitrator’s standard hourly rate
