Disclosure

I was a sitting judge for over 14 years, have practiced law and have been a mediator and arbitrator since 2019. Many attorneys have tried cases in my courtroom or mediated or arbitrated a case with me.

Additionally, I have one family member who is working as an associate at Barker, Castro & Steinback, LLC.

The disclosures listed above will not affect my neutrality in this dispute.

Judge Billik truly went above and beyond to get a difficult insurance coverage case resolved.  His knowledge of the law and people skills were instrumental in achieving settlement.  I mediate cases all over the country and Judge Billik is one of the best mediators I have ever encountered.  He is a credit to your company.
