New Health & Safety Guidelines for In-Person Sessions - ADR Systems

ADR Systems

News

While many of our dispute resolution sessions are conducted via videoconferencing, we continue to offer in-person sessions for the resolution of personal injury, commercial and family law disputes. ADR Systems aims to create a healthy and safe environment for everyone involved in mediation and arbitration. To that end, we ask that everyone abide by the following guidelines for in-person sessions:

Guidelines for in-person sessions:

  • If a participant is feeling ill on the day of the session, they are not allowed to participate in person but can participate via our remote option
  • If a participant has been ill within the last 10 days, please participate via our remote option
  • If a participant has been exposed to an infectious disease, please participate via our remote option

Other health and safety measures:

  • Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the office and conference rooms, and masks are available upon request
  • Air purifiers are in every conference room and the conference rooms are disinfected following each session
  • Beverage and food will be provided as individually wrapped, single serve items

Participating in a remote session:

  • Contact your ADR Systems case manager
  • For more information, go to adrsystems.com and click on Remote Sessions on the navigation bar

ALL PARTIES, COUNSEL, WITNESSES, NEUTRALS OR OTHER ATTENDEES WHO ELECT TO ATTEND A SESSION IN PERSON DO SO VOLUNTARILY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS INHERENT IN IN-PERSON SESSIONS.

Judge Burke is an excellent mediator.  He has one of the best demeanors of any judge I have appeared before in court.  He is also one of the most knowledgeable mediators as well.  His background provides him with an innate ability to spot the issues early on.  He works hard to get it done.  I would not hesitate for a second to use him again.
