On April 13th, 2015, ADR Systems will be hosting a Workers’ Compensation Seminar, for ADR Systems’ neutrals, entitled, “10 Things To Know About Workers’ Compensation In Mediated Settlements.”  The program will be presented by Richard Lenkov, Esq. of Bryce, Downey & Lenkov.  The presentation is part of ADR Systems’ ongoing Neutral Education Program, which aims to keep our mediators and arbitrators well informed of changes in areas of the law as well as provide continuing education in alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Lenkov will be discussing recently updated Workers’ Compensation law, and how mediators can effectively manage Workers’ Compensation issues that commonly arise in general liability matters.
