Trials are unpredictable; evidentiary rulings and witness performance can quickly shift the landscape of a case. If your case is breaking down, use the After-Hours Settlement Program at ADR Systems. You will get immediate access to a skilled mediator who will provide fresh insight and help you settle your dispute before the case goes to the jury.
Under this new program, parties can schedule a two-hour flat-fee mediation session with one of our experienced neutrals. Sessions are available during weekday evenings from 4-6 PM or 5-7 PM, with potential lunch-break options if schedules permit. Mediation is conducted telephonically or via video conference outside of trial hours.
“This program offers a unique opportunity for parties to reassess their positions and seek a resolution before the uncertainty of a jury verdict,” said Hon. William J. Haddad, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems. “With minimal cost and maximum reward when a case is settled, this program is a valuable resource for litigants.”
The After-Hours Settlement Program is particularly suitable for personal injury cases. The flat fee is $895 per party for the two-hour mediation, with the option to extend beyond the two hours at the neutral’s standard hourly rate.
“Time is critical in litigation,” said Hon. Michael J. Powers, (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems. “By offering evening and lunch-break mediations, we provide attorneys and their clients an efficient way to seek resolution without disrupting their trial schedules.”
