Under this program, you can immediately set your case for a two-hour flat fee mediation with one of our experienced neutrals. It offers a fresh look at your case and gives parties one last opportunity for a resolution before it’s sent to the jury.
- Due to trial constraints, the mediation would occur from 4-6pm or 5-7pm during the week
- Mediations are done telephonically or by video conference
- Your case manager will work with the parties to schedule the mediation and will provide administrative support

- Flat fee rate of $895 per party for two hours of mediation
- Parties may agree to go beyond the two hours at the neutral’s standard hourly rate, split equally by the parties

- Mediators are booked for two-hour sessions
- Mediators are selected by agreement of the parties subject to availability
- Only a brief summary submission is requested, no more than 10 pages
