ADR Systems has released its March Settlement Report for commercial matters, which features a sample of complex commercial cases settled by our mediators in the previous month.

All cases mentioned in the settlement report remain confidential. Only a brief description of the case, practice area and neutral involved will be mentioned. Besides case information, the report provides easy access to information about our neutrals. You can download the settlement report and click on a neutral’s photo to read their biography.

“In creating this settlement report for our clients, we recognized that our neutrals have settled an enormous variety of commercial cases over the years,” said Marc Becker, president of ADR Systems. “And while the monthly settlement report is merely a snapshot, we are pleased to share some insight with our clients about the broad swath of matters mediated by our neutrals during the previous month.”

Most of the cases featured in this month’s settlement report were mediated remotely. Remote dispute resolution has become the default for mediation and arbitration during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the differences and results between remote and in-person sessions are negligible. In addition to settling cases remotely, ADR Systems’ neutrals and staff have published articles on remote dispute resolution that you can read here.
