Health and Safety Measures at ADR Systems - ADR Systems

ADR Systems

News

To our valued clients: With the current health and safety concerns surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, ADR Systems is committed to protecting the health of our clients, employees and other visitors to our Chicago office.

We have advised our neutrals and staff to avoid coming into the office if they are feeling unwell. Our Chicago and North Shore offices are stocked with hand-sanitizers and tissues. Common surface areas are being regularly cleaned and disinfected.

If you are feeling unwell, we advise you to refrain from attending a session in person. While we believe that in-person sessions are best, we have the following remote options available:

  • Telephonic
  • Teleconference
  • Videoconference

We will continue to monitor the developments of the COVID-19 virus and will follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to protect the health and safety of our clients.

ADR Systems offers remote options for alternative dispute resolution at no additional cost to our clients. Our neutrals have resolved thousands of cases remotely. Here are answers to typical questions about remote mediation and arbitration. We have also developed a comprehensive technology guide to help you and your clients prepare for remote sessions at ADR Systems. Download Your Technology Guide to Remote ADR Sessions now.

If you have any further questions, please call us at 312.960.2264.

Sincerely,

Marc Becker
President, ADR Systems

Our mediation using videoconferencing was convenient and effective – we settled! Judge Casciato gained the party's trust and confidence while deftly guiding us through the negotiation process via a videoconference.  With the use of virtual breakout rooms, Judge Casciato was able to spend private time with everyone.  This remote mediation worked well for us and I would not hesitate to use it again.
