We are pleased to announce that Hon. Perry J. Gulbrandsen, (Ret.) has joined ADR Systems as a Senior Mediator and Arbitrator.  Judge Gulbrandsen will be exclusively handling workers’ compensation cases for ADR Systems.

Judge Gulbrandsen is a founding partner of Rittenberg, Buffeen & Gulbrandsen, and served as an Associate Judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County for 11 years.  He has extensive experience in the resolution of workers’ compensation disputes, having worked as an arbitrator for the Illinois Industrial Commission for 10 years.  He also has experience settling cases involving insurance coverage, contract law, construction disputes, auto liability, landlord-tenant disputes, and multi-million dollar estate disputes.
