News

Hon. Kay M. Hanlon, (Ret.) will be presenting at the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) Civil Litigation Reception and Dinner.

The event allows attorneys the opportunity to gain perspectives about the legal industry from Judge Hanlon as both a retired judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County and a current senior mediator and arbitrator with ADR Systems.

“You don’t get the chance to meet in a relaxed forum that often and ask questions to a retired judge,” Judge Hanlon said. “I will offer practical tips gained from my own experiences in my career as a former judge and current role as a mediator and arbitrator. I want to keep the floor open to any and all topics of conversation.”

The dinner will be on April 23rd from 6:15pm – 7:30pm, with a reception and networking session taking place beforehand from 5:30pm – 6:15pm. The event will be at Hotel Allegro located at 171 W. Randolph Street, Chicago.

ADR Systems, It’s Settled.®

My mediation at ADR Systems proved to be extremely successful, thanks to the professionalism of our mediator.  Judge Kelley adeptly settled a very complex case involving serious injuries.  His patience, knowledge of the case, and considerate treatment of the parties involved all contributed to reaching a settlement that both sides found acceptable.  Kudos to Judge Kelley and ADR Systems for an experience I hope soon to repeat.
