Hon. Michael R. Panter (Ret.), senior mediator and arbitrator at ADR Systems, presented at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 16th Annual Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute.
Judge Panter was the keynote luncheon speaker from 12:45pm – 1:45pm on Friday, October 26th. Judge Panter’s presentation was titled “Mediation: Impossible!” He spoke on effective methods in mediation and how to avoid pitfalls.
The theme for the seminar was “Advocacy with Attainment: People, Passion and Purpose!” The two-day event featured presentations from several mediators across the country and aimed to help attendees enhance their skills, knowledge and understanding of the mediation process.
The event was from October 25th to October 26th at the ABA Chicago Office, located at 321 North Clark Street in Chicago.
