Gregory Meeder, Esq. is scheduled to speak to the Chicago Bar Association Mechanics Lien and Construction Subcommittee on November 4, 2013. The topic will be ‘Overcoming Roadblocks to a Mediated Solution – Never Reach Impasse Again.’ Mr. Meeder will highlight 57 roadblocks to a successful mediation and the tools he uses to overcome them. Mr. Meeder will demonstrate how impasse is a fallacy when the right tools and the right mediator are employed.
