To better showcase the full spectrum of settlements our neutrals achieve every month, ADR Systems has launched our new, monthly Personal Injury Settlement Report. It is like our popular Commercial Settlement Report, which we have distributed since 2022. Review the new report now.

“Counsel have valued the Commercial Settlement Report from the start; they see the wide variety of cases that are settled. Our personal injury clients have been eager for more settlement information,” said Marc Becker, president of ADR Systems. “This new Personal Injury Settlement Report will provide a more wholistic picture of the success our neutrals achieve by helping parties to various civil disputes resolve them amicably and cost-effectively.”

Like its commercial counterpart, each edition of the Personal Injury Settlement Report will feature five unique settlements achieved by our neutrals during the previous month. We have withheld settlement values because this resource is intended to focus on the different types of cases that our neutrals settle. Information about each settled case will include:

• a brief, generalized description of the case
• its practice area
• and the neutral who mediated it

The ten total cases that will be featured in our two monthly Settlement Reports represent a small portion of the matters settled by ADR Systems’ senior mediators and arbitrators. Even so, they will provide plaintiff and defense counsel greater insight into the breadth of matters that our neutrals routinely resolve. In the three years since its 2022 launch, the Commercial Settlement Report has highlighted 180 disputes in 28 practice areas settled by 27 of our neutrals. In time, we expect that the Personal Injury Settlement Report will feature a similar or even greater array of cases, practice areas and skilled mediators.

“Our neutrals provide an important service at a time when jury trial backlogs and the slow, costly pace of litigation can burden all parties to a dispute,” said Becker. “By publishing this new, monthly Personal Injury Settlement Report, we aim to share more information about the work our neutrals do and shorten the distance to settlement for our clients.”
