ADR Systems has recently published an article written by Hon. William J. Haddad, (Ret.) and Jann Johnson on Law360 that discusses opening comments in mediation.

The article, titled “Opening Comments A Key Strategic Decision In Mediation,” examines the arguments for and against using opening comments in mediation. The article also includes helpful tips for both sides.
