Our Commitment to You: Looking Back and Moving Forward - ADR Systems

ADR Systems

News

After 31 years of providing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, we’re still not tired of the phrase, “It’s Settled.”  That defines our job and what you expect from us.

As we close out 2025, we’re noting highlights that defined the past year, the changes you can expect in 2026 and reaffirming the promise we’ve upheld since the beginning: to deliver nothing less than the best mediation and arbitration services available.

Where We’ve Been: 2025

In August, we welcomed Hon. Patrick J. Sherlock, (Ret.), former Circuit Court of Cook County Judge, to our growing panel of senior mediators and arbitrators. We relaunched our popular monthly Personal Injury Settlement Report, including a fresh design update for both this digital report and its commercial counterpart. If you want to receive either of these reports via email each month, contact us.

We also expanded our dispute resolution program offerings last year.  We introduced the Co-Mediation Program, which pairs experienced mediators to resolve complex matters and our After-Hours Settlement Program, which gives you more flexibility to achieve resolution outside of traditional business hours. To further expand accessibility, we released Spanish-language versions of our personal injury mediation and arbitration sample agreements.

Where We’re Going: 2026

New practice management software is on the horizon for ADR Systems, and we’re excited about what it means for you. We’re introducing a client portal that will put case management at your fingertips. While you’ll still enjoy our personal service, you’ll now be able to easily upload submissions and other documents, make secure payments and access other information all from one place on the website.

In 2026, more neutrals will join our panel.  We’ll be planning more neutral education as well, keeping our mediators and arbitrators on top of the best practices in the industry.

Count on us to continue our emphasis on thought leadership.  You can expect some informative or insightful new articles in the coming year.  We believe it is our responsibility to share with everyone in the legal community and grow the knowledge base for the practice of ADR.

Where We Remain: Our Promise to You

Our commitment to you hasn’t wavered. We’re still listening to what you need and using that feedback to refine how we serve you. You can count on us as your trusted source for dispute resolution — whether you need information, guidance or hands-on case management.

As we celebrate more than three decades in business, we want to say thank you. Your trust has made this journey possible, and we’re honored to continue serving you in 2026 and beyond.

In an automobile accident case involving a severe injury, Judge Callahan kept both sides negotiating even when it appeared we were going to be over six figures apart at the end. His insights and guidance were instrumental in getting both sides to a dollar figure that ultimately settled the case. I am confident that we could not have achieved that settlement without Judge Callahan’s superb efforts.
