As we begin this new year following the milestone of our 30th anniversary, it feels like the perfect time to reflect. Join me in looking back at the highlights of 2024, revealing what is on the horizon for 2025 and re-affirming our commitment to serve every client who chooses us for mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution services.  

Where We’ve Been: 2024 

Two highly experienced neutrals joined our ever-growing panel this year: Hon. Janet Adams Brosnahan, former Cook County Circuit Court Law Division Judge, and Hon. Thomas A. Meyer, former McHenry County Circuit Court Law Division Judge. On the technical side, we further enhanced security and implemented new software to streamline our operations. We created a new Neutral Spotlight for Commercial attorneys that provides an article written by one of our neutrals on a current legal topic and related cases mediated or arbitrated by them. We also developed a new UM/UIM CLE for Personal Injury attorneys. Finally, we wrote and shared more than 25 articles on our website and in legal media.  

Where We’re Going: 2025 

This year, we will be launching a re-imagined website that embodies the ‘New ADR Systems.’ The new website will provide more robust site-wide search, improved page navigation functionality for neutral bios and other pages, easier access to key documents with single-click buttons, among many other innovations. Our advertising will be updated to coordinate with our modern website. Regarding client offerings, we will add at least one new Custom Program to the existing 12 programs we currently have. A newly revised Personal Injury Settlement Report will join our popular Commercial Settlement Report in monthly deliveries to personal injury attorneys. And most importantly, we will be adding more of the best and brightest neutrals to our neutral panel.
