Case Qualifications

• Personal injury
• Two parties only
• The matter does not need to be in suit to participate

Fees

• $995 per party
• No administrative fee

Notable Parameters

• The fee covers up to two hours of the neutral’s time
• The two hour time limit includes the neutral’s review and session time
• If the neutral’s time goes beyond the two hour time limit, the parties will be billed for any additional time at the neutral’s standard hourly rate
• Counsel should submit concise submissions to reduce neutral review time
• Sessions are conducted using ADR Systems remote options
• Parties may also agree to turn the session into a binding process with high-low parameters
• No minimum number of cases required to participate
