Bronstein Speaks at DRI Conference

Hon. Philip L. Bronstein, (Ret.), will be speaking at a seminar, organized by the Defense Research Institute and entitled, “Retail and Hospitality Litigation and Claims Management,” in Chicago on May 17th. The topic of discussion will be: “Making the Most of Mediation – What Works and What Doesn’t.” Judge Bronstein’s presentation will discuss how defense counsel’s tactics are perceived during a mediation – what is and is not effective.
