In April of 2015, senior mediator and arbitrator Gary M. Ropski, Esq. won second place in the 27th annual Patent Cup Sailing Competition.  The Patent Cup is an international sailing competition for patent attorneys and professionals.  The race takes place in a different country every year, with this year’s competition taking place in Cape Town, South Africa.  Mr. Ropski, representing Team USA, won alongside fellow team members, Marcus J. Thymian and S. Richard Carden, of McDonnell, Boehnen, Hulbert & Berghoff, LLP.

Gary M.
