On October 9, 2014, Hon. F. Keith Brown, (Ret.) is participating in a panel presentation entitled, “Mediation Perspectives.”  The panel will discuss strategies for successful mediation and pretrial settlement in both medical and non-medical cases.  Issues under discussion will include timing, venue selection, preparation, ethical considerations, and practical solutions to common roadblocks to case resolution.  Other panelists include Scott Beckman, Vice President for ISME Mutual Insurance Company; Justice Michael J.
