ADR Systems congratulates Hon. William J. Haddad, (Ret.) for successfully mediating an emotionally-charged personal injury case for the policy limits of $1.8 million.  The case involved a two-vehicle collision at an intersection, leaving one passenger trapped inside their car and severely injured.  The plaintiff in the case sustained multiple fractures, broken bones and lacerations requiring weeks of hospitalization and rehabilitative care.  The case did not settle in the initial session, leaving both parties undecided. However, Judge Haddad’s persistent post-mediation follow up ultimately led to both parties reaching an agreement.  The plaintiff was represented by Scott D. Lane, founding partner at Lane & Lane LLC.

The case was reported in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
