On February 11th, 2015, ADR Systems senior mediator and arbitrator, Hon. Jerome Orbach, (Ret.), will speak at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies’ (NAMIC) 2015 Claims Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.  He will be presenting with Karin Bogenschnieder of West Band Mutual Insurance.  Their presentation is entitled, “Successful Alternative Dispute Resolutions,” and will give an overview of what ADR is, how it is applied to insurance claims, and how it can ultimately benefit mutual insurance companies.   NAMIC’s Claims Conference is an annual event aimed at providing claims managers, adjusters and operations managers with useful information regarding issues and trends happening today within the industry.
