Roselyn L. Friedman, Esq. was the speaker for the Botanic Garden Donors Seminar on November 6, 2013. Her presentation on, ‘Using Mediation in Estate Planning to Preserve Family Relationships,’ highlighted the use of mediation and facilitation, not only to resolve existing estate and trust disputes but also to avoid conflict by addressing possible issues early in the estate planning process.

Ms. Friedman is a senior mediator and facilitator at ADR Systems, with more than 30 years of legal experience in probate, trust, elder (including guardianships), and family business matters. She understands the broad array of issues which arise in probate, trust and related disputes, while also being able to address the special concerns of all those involved.
