Jann Johnson, Esq. is the Executive Director, Business Development & Marketing at ADR Systems of America, LLC. Jann has considerable experience in the professional services industry as a Manager of Marketing and Communications at Accenture. She also worked as a consultant in training operations at Accenture, instructing courses in the United States and Europe in the areas of business process management, human performance design, designing performance change, and business process outsourcing. She has consulted with firms and organizations in the areas of process re-engineering, and change management, among others.  Prior to joining ADR Systems, Jann was an attorney in private practice specializing in business and employment law and she worked extensively on the Shakman class action lawsuit for several years.
