- Parties are not charged for the neutral arbitrator’s review, conference, or decision time
- UM&UIM cases are put on a tracking system to ensure that they proceed quickly, reducing the case cycle-time
- Our case administration team will coordinate everything for you, including scheduling, generating contracts, and reminders and confirmations
- We will help parties tailor all aspects of their arbitration, including neutral arbitrator selection, level of confidentiality, discovery and e-discovery, motion practice, and evidentiary hearing
- Sessions are held at ADR Systems’ dispute resolution center, a mutually agreed upon off-site location, or via video conference
- Additional facility or travel fees may apply for off-site locations
