A Letter to Our Clients - ADR Systems

ADR Systems

News

ADR Systems remains committed to serving you during this difficult time with high-quality remote options for mediation and arbitration.

In just a few days in March, we went from primarily providing in-person dispute resolution to providing all dispute resolution services remotely. While we are slowly beginning to return to in-person sessions, our remote options remain available for your convenience and safety. These options include:

  • Zoom
  • Teleconference
  • Telephonic

Your case manager will work with you to find the best remote option for you and your clients. Our Zoom Team was created to prepare neutrals, clients and parties for virtual sessions, and they are available to help with technical issues that may arise during the session. Read about best practices for remote dispute resolution sessions here.

Our remote capabilities can handle any size case, from small two-party to large, multi-party cases. In May, we added a new Pretrial Program offering mediation at a discounted rate for shorter session cases.  Also in May, five neutrals from ADR Systems facilitated a virtual 15-case settlement day program for an insurance carrier using Zoom.

We will continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ready our facilities for  face-to-face sessions, while still providing remote options. Click here to read more about how we have prepared our office for live mediations and arbitrations.
